Even after changing loan officers, the still hadn't reviewed the file extensively enough to catch this problem early on. I was fully packed, ready to move in 48 hours, and now I had nowhere to go! I was nervous wreck. Thierry took control and called in the big guns! He called in his friends that own mortgage companies, they got involved immediately on my behalf, contacted the inept mortgage company that had made my life so miserable and they set the existing lender straight within a matter of 12 hours. I don’t know what they said and I don’t want to know. All I know is I received a phone call the next morning from the original mortgage company's vice president who promised me that they would NOT deny my mortgage loan after all, and they would fund it the next day. I thought I knew enough about real estate and the negotiation process to do this alone. Over the past few years, Thierry Roche has referred several of his clients to my company WJD Management, a Northern Virginia residential property management firm. His clients’ portfolios consist of properties that he hand-picked for them.

And after they engaged our services, I observed that all of their homes were what I would consider to be prime investment properties, where they saved multiple thousands on each property .
